I’m not much of a Sushi Shop fan truth be told. But this place has incredibly fresh fish and ingredients; I was genuinely surprised. The owner is incredibly friendly, the service is great and the restaurant is quite clean. I’ve been a repeat customer since discovering this specific Sushi Shop location. Frankly their head office should leverage owner and chef to train other Sushi Shop restaurant owners on how to serve fresh food and offer great service. 10/10
